Welcome to Trendsetter Apparel. By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please read them carefully before placing your order.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These terms and conditions apply to all sales of goods and services by Trendsetter Apparel ("we", "us", "our") to you, the customer, including purchases made through our website.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 years or older and are purchasing for personal use, not for resale.

2. Availability & Supply

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item you have ordered becomes unavailable, we will notify you and offer an alternative, store credit, or a full refund.

3. Order Processing & Delivery

All orders will be processed within 10 working days from the date payment is received.
We currently ship within New Zealand only.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. A tracking number will be provided via email once your order is dispatched.

4. Payment

We currently accept bank transfer only.
Payment instructions will be provided at checkout. Orders will not be processed until full payment is received and confirmed.

5. Returns & Exchanges

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, so please choose carefully before purchasing.

If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

Please email us within 7 days of delivery at trndsettrapparel@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

6. Liability Limitation

We aim to provide accurate product information and timely service. However, we are not liable for delays or circumstances outside our control.

Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the item purchased.

7. Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters. Personal information collected is used solely for processing orders and customer service.

We will not share your information except where required by law.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be resolved in the New Zealand courts.
